I highly recommend Dr Strombeck! As an athlete and a runner I beat up my body a lot. I notice a difference in my runs and recovery after an adjustment. Dr Strombeck is so knowledgeable and he truly believes in healing his patients. He has helped my dad through a lot of back pain, injury, and surgery over the years.

Dr.Pete truly cares for his patients. It is eye opening as he shares how our health is directly connected to a healthy spine. My wife and I were blessed by him. He is like an angel sent from God.

I went to Dr. Strombeck because I was experiencing lower back pain due to equipment I wear at work. He is amazing and ended up giving me more sessions than I had paid for. He truly treats each patient as a friend and not just a client to make money off of. Each year my wife and I go on a several trips to Disney Land and usually by day 2 if not end of day 1 my lower back would be on fire and I would be in serious pain. I just ended a 4 day trip that included a minimum of 13 miles a day of walking in the parks and I had no back pain at all! It was amazing. My feet are killing me but that’s another story ;-). I have to attribute my sessions with Dr. Strombeck as the reason I had no pain during this trip which is something I had always had! I highly recommend him if you are in pain. He not only fixes you but he teaches you about spine health and how important it is to our bodies and lives.

Before I came to you I was told my knees were bone on bone and to take Advil to ease the pain until it gets really bad, then do a complete knee replacement on both knees.

It has now been over a year and I’m doing fine, playing golf and tennis 5 and 6 times a week!

Cannot speak highly enough of Granite Bay Spine and Body! I started seeing Dr. Strombeck last year during the last couple of months of my pregnancy when sciatica, round ligament pain, numbness in my legs, and heartburn, made it hard to function. I was skeptical at first, but after getting adjusted regularly, my back pain and the numbness in my legs was GONE and the heartburn was greatly improved! I credit Dr. Strombeck with making my last couple of months of pregnancy, dare I say, enjoyable!

As a chiropractic patient for near a decade I can tell you from experience that your ARE responsible for your wellness. Taking the reigns of your care is a MUST. I found this out the hard way. After an auto accident I continued to work, lifting heavy weights, and ignore the pain for a year. What a mistake. The doctors I saw from both insurance companies missed that I had a partially dislocated shoulder in addition to my back and neck damage. Dr. Pete found it nearly 5 years later! My experience through your office was wonderful, friendly, warm, and very comfortable.
I learned of Granite Bay Medical Center through my younger son. That Sunday afternoon, I went to your website and filled out the short questionnaire. The next day, Melissa called regarding my information, to which she thought I was a good candidate for the procedure. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. We made an appointment for the following Monday.

Dr. Strombeck is very knowledgeable, open, and down-to-earth – answering all questions. I had previous x-rays, which Dr. Strombeck made copies of, and then proceeded to take x-rays and examine my hip. Dr. Strombeck said he would review my case and call the next day (Tues.). Early Tuesday afternoon, Dr. Strombeck called to tell me I was a candidate. I thought there would be more visits. Dr. Strombeck had an appointment the following Monday, which I accepted. I asked, “What was next?” Dr. Strombeck told me the procedure would be the next day. I was stunned! So quick – what a relief!
Two weeks after Melissa’s call, I was in the office for the procedure, which was painless. Melissa was exceptional, as is all the staff. Right away, I felt better to the point, and in 18 days, I sleep better, had less pain, walk better, and stand taller.

“Positively Amazing!” So thankful and grateful that I went ahead with the procedure.
